Funeral Saturday
Joseph White, Civil War Veteran, and well known citizen of Kenton, passed away at his home in South Kenton last night. Mr. White had been failing in health for the last year but he had been seriously ill for only the last week. Cancer was the cause of his death which is much regertted by his many friends.
Mr. White had long been a familiar figure in Knton and he had a wide acuaintance in the county. In the Great Charge at the Battle of Chancellorsville, Mr. White's chin was shot off and ever since he has worn a bandage on his face. Because of his injury he hd never been able to eat much solid food, being forced to live upon liquids. He received a handsome pension from the government. Mr White ws a member of Co. "D" 4th Regiment OVI. He was born in Logan County on September 14, 1846, and was 68 years old.
Surving relatives are his wife, Mrs. Julia White, six sons, William, Clarence, Carl, Clyde, John and Joseph White and 4 daughters, Mrs. Anna Ochier, Mrs. Nettie Pfeifier, Mrs. Mary Ritzler, and Miss Viola White. One Brother, 3 sisters and 10 grandchildren also survive.
The Funeral Services will be held at the home Saturday at 1 PM in Charge of Rev.Kelly L. Smith. Burial will be made in Wolf Creek Cemetery. Juliette HARSH and Joseph WHITE had the following children:

THIRD GENERATION
Funeral services for Mike Ritzler, 77 of Route 5, Kenton, who died Saturday at 9:45 am at San Antonio Hospital, will be Tuesday at 1:30 PM at the Schinderwolf-Stiner-Stevens Funeral Home with Rev. Donald W. Hough in charge. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery.
Mr. Ritzler had been in failing health six years and seriously ill three weeks. He was born in Hardin Co., Apr 2, 1876 and resided in the Kenton area all his life. He was a retired employee of the New York Central Railroad.
On June 22, 1906 he was married to Mary White who survives with two daughters Mrs. Frank (Pauline) Mustain and Mrs. Alber (Josephine) Shaw and one son Paul all of Kenton, 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was the son of Joseph and Eve (Rohr) Ritzler and is the last of a family of nine children, and leaves many friends to mourn his death.

He was buried on Aug 25 1947 in LaRue, Marion Co., Ohio. !THE MARION STAR; MONDAY AUGUST 25, 1947 FARMER FOUND DEAD ON TRACTOR SATURDAY, AUGUST 23, 1947 John Burbaugh dies while preparing to work on his farm. John Christian Burbaugh, 73, well known farmer residing on his farm a mile west of LaRue, near the Sally Ann Inn, was found dead Saturday morning on his tractor in a lane back of his barn. He lived alone. He was a member of the LaRue Methodist Church and had resided in LaRue over 30 years. The Marion County Sheriff investigated and it is thought death was due to a stroke. He suffered a light stroke some time ago, but it was thought he had recovered. Mr. Burbaugh evidently became ill before he was stricken, as he had shut off the tractor switch. Mr. Burbaugh, son of William and Mary Louisa Burbaugh, was born August 11, 1874 near Little Sandusky. His wife, Mrs. Minnie Garwood Burbaughf, died in November 1937. Surviving are the children Merwyn Burbaugh, of near Morral and Mrs. Walter Cluff of near LaRue; five grandchildren, brothers, Samuel of near Richwood and Edward of near LaRue; and two sisters, Mrs William Hensell of LaRue and Mrs. Nelson Reidenbaugh of Marion. The body was brought to the Ford Funeral Home and funeral services were conducted in the Methodist Church Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by his pastor Rev. C.A. Hutchison. Burial was made in the LaRue Cemetery north of town, put the side of his wife, who passed away 10 years ago. THE MARION STAR, MONDAY SEPTEMBER 24, 1962 KENTON - Mrs. Zona M. Strickland, 70, of Kenton died at 1:20 p.m. Saturday in Hardin Memorial Hospital. Her husband, Guy E. Strickland, died in November 1952. Born March 3, 1892, in Bloomdale, she was a daughter of Joseph and Flora Richards Cramer. On Aug. 9, 1910, she married Mr. Strickland. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Maxwell James, Mrs. Harold Madory and Mrs Clyde Magann of Kenton; nine grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Bernice Watkins of West Liberty, and a brother, Verle Cramer of Kings Creek. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Church of Christ, Rev. Frank Ransdell will officiate. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery. Pauline Mustain claimed Saturday (May 21, 1955), Services Tuesday.
Mrs. Pauline Mustain, 48, of 121 Walker St., died at 6 PM Saturday in the San Antonio Hospital after an illness of four years.
She was born in Kenton, October 14, 1906 to Michael and Mary (White) Ritzler. She was a lifetime member of this community and in 1924 was married to Frank Mustain who survives.
Also surving are three sons, Michael, George and Robert all of Kenton; one daughter, Mrs. Ralph Lee of LaRue; Her mother, Mrs. Mary Ritzler of Kenton; one twin sister, Mrs. Albert Shaw of Lima, and one brother, Paul Ritzler of Kenton and four grandsons.
She was a member of Women of the Moose and The Nazarene Church.
Services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday at the Shindewolf-Stiner-Stevens Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Hough officiating. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery.
The Women of the Moose will hold services at 7:30 PM Monday at the Funeral Home. Friends may call at the Funeral Home.

A pretty wedding took place on Monday Evening in the Nazarene Church uniting in marriage, Miss Pauline Ritzler and Mr. Frank Mustain formerly of Kenton, and now of Pittsburg, Pa. The couple was attended by the twin sister of the Bride, Miss Josephine Ritzler. Rev. A. R . Hoffman performed the wedding ceremony.
Immediately following the wedding a wedding dinner was served at the home of the Bride's Parents, Mr. & Mrs Michael Ritzler, to memebers of the immediate family and a few close friends.
