Admitted to the bar of New York, 1877; Ohio, 1903. Practiced law in New York as member of the firm of Rockwell & Pearson, 1877-98 ; later the firm became Rockwell, Pearson & Osborne; thereafter practiced individually until removing to Cleveland in 1899. In 1910 became associated with the firm of Wing, Myler & Turney ; later with A. and E. A. Hahn ; later with Litzler & Schaefer ; and since 1917 in the private practice of law. First Lieutenant 71st Regiment, New York National Guard, during the Spanish American War in Cuba from June to August, 1898; mustered out of service, October, 1898.
